Smart Dispute for Issuers, Return Not Credited, Visa Legacy Demo: Part 2 Fund Recovery

In this demo, a customer, Simon Levert, previously called to dispute a transaction. Simon purchased and then returned an appliance, but the credit never appeared on his statement.  The Visa customer service rep, Kelly Goodhue, opened a dispute case. The case is now in the queue of dispute specialist Anand Bullock. Anand must resolve the disputed transaction using Visa legacy fund recovery.
