A customer, Simon Levert, previously disputed a transaction. Fund recovery was performed and a chargeback was issued. In this demo, the merchant disputes the chargeback, claiming that the charge is valid. The merchant says that the merchandise was not received. In addition, the merchant claims that there is evidence that Simon registered the appliance warranty after the date on which Simon says the merchandise was returned. The merchant is representing the charge, so that Simon will be re-billed.
