Organizations investing in Pega technology look to get as much value out of their implementations as possible – realizing business value is critical to achieving their business priorities and to their success with Pega. Customers now have a new feature called Business Impact Optimization to help ensure they are getting the expected value. Tom Reilly demonstrates this feature to show how users can systematically prioritize specifications based on business impact and complexity and assess their progress in achieving their business objectives.
