Getting started with Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud

Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ can monitor your application performance and diagnose system health issues to minimize their impact on your business.

You can access Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud with single sign-on (SSO) authentication by clicking a link in the Pega Support portal.

To start using Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud, complete the following steps:

  1. Access Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud:
    1. Go to Pega Support.
    2. In the Support Quick Links section, click Access Predictive Diagnostic Cloud.
    If you cannot log in, submit a support request to Pega Support. Provide the name and email address of your Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud administrator in the request.
  2. If you are a Pega Cloud customer, you can already monitor your application with Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud. If you run Pega Platform™ on a private cloud or on premises, you might need to configure your system to send data to Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud. 
    On the Welcome landing page, follow the instructions in the Adding a new monitored system section.
  3. Optional: Create operator records for stakeholders within your organization.

  4. Create email digest and notification subscriptions for stakeholders within your organization.
