More than one workbasket can be associated with an organizational unit, and more than one workbasket can be associated with a work group.

Organization | |
Name |
Enter the name of the organization that uses this workbasket. |
Division |
Enter the name of a division of that organization. |
Unit |
Enter the name of an organizational unit within that division. |
Work Group |
Enter the name of a work group that uses this workbasket. This field determines which workbaskets appear in the View Queue list on the My Group area of the Process Work workspace for managers. |
Contacts | |
Optional. Identify one or more Operator IDs associated in some way with this workbasket. This array does not convey any capabilities to the operators. In a flow rule (or elsewhere), your application can call one of these standard notify activities to use information in this array:
Typically, the e-mail message indicates that the workbasket contains a new assignment. Beyond the two activities, contact information can be useful as guidance to application developers. |

Roles | |
Optional. Enter a role name (Rule-Access-Role-Name). When this array is not blank, only users who possess at least one of the roles listed may retrieve (dequeue) an assignment from this workbasket. |
The Contacts array provides developers with information that can be useful — when first creating flows for an application — for removing assignments from this workbasket and transferring them one-by-one to an appropriate user's worklist.
