Back Forward Harness rule

A harness rule — an instance of the Rule-HTML-Harness rule type — defines a runtime form. Each harness rule defines the appearance and behavior of a form. Harness rules produce three types of forms:

NoteHarness rules are defined on one form — the Harness rule form — that at runtime produces a different form — a work object form, rule form, or composite portal. To avoid confusion, don't use "harness form" to refer to the runtime presentation of a harness rule.
