PegaRULES Process Simulator™ lets business analysts simulate one or a set of business processes defined by a Process Commander flow rule.

The simulator lets users control the arrival rate, staff resources, and other dimensions in a single scenario. Results of the simulation can be studied as Microsoft Excel charts and data tables, using PegaRULES Process Analyzer facilities.

The client portion of Process Simulator is known as the Animator. The simulation engine runs as an offline server. Users can send simulation results to an OLAP database and study them with PegaRULES Process Analyzer.

Process Simulator and Process Analyzer are optional add-on components to Process Commander, part of the SmartBPM Suite.
