Back Forward Process architect

A process architect is an application developer team member who provides knowledge of business rules, including workflows, business objectives, service level expectations, reporting requirements, and policies affecting the work.

Typically, a process architect works most with rules in the Process, Decision, and User Interface categories.

This is an informal designation within the team. Process architects, like other team members who use the Version 5 Developer portal, need the capabilities and privileges provided by PegaRULES:SysAdm4 role.

OldIn Version 4, a standard access role and portal was defined for process architects.
