Skill rules- Completing the New or Save As form

The key to the skill instance is a skill name.

Field	Description
Type	Select `Skill` from the `Process` category.
Skill Name	Choose a name that starts with a letter. You can include digits, spaces, and special characters in the name.

When searching for a skill rule, the system filters candidate rules based on a requestor's RuleSet list of RuleSets and versions.

Circumstance-qualified and time-qualified resolution features are not available for skill rules.
