System Setting rules
Completing the New or Save As form

A system settings rule has three key parts.

Field	Description
Type	Select System Setting from the SysAdmin category.
Owning RuleSet	Enter a RuleSet name to contain this rule.
Setting Key	Enter a name for this System Setting. Start the name with a letter and use only digits and letters.

Rule resolution

When searching for a system settings rule, the system filters candidate rules based on a requestor's RuleSet list of RuleSets and versions.

Circumstance and time-qualified resolution features are not available for system settings rules. The class hierarchy is not relevant to rule resolution for system settings rules.
