Edit Input rules - Completing the New or Save As form

An edit input rule has a single key part, the name:

Field	Description
Type	Select `Edit Input` from the `Property` category.
Edit Input Name	Give this rule a name that's a valid identifier. Begin with a letter and use only letters, digits, dash, and dash characters. See How to enter identifiers.

When searching for edit input rules, the system:

Filters candidate rules based on a requestor's RuleSet list of RuleSets and versions
Finds circumstance-qualified rules that override base rules
Finds time-qualified rules that override base rules

The class hierarchy is not relevant to rule resolution of edit input rules.
