Message rules - Completing the New or Save As form

Complete the message name:

Field	Description
Type	Select `Message` from the `Technical` category.
Message Name	Choose a name for this message. Begin the name with a letter and use only alphanumeric, ampersand, underscore, and dash characters.

When searching for a message rule, the system:

Filters candidate rules based on a requestor's RuleSet list of RuleSets and versions
Finds circumstance-qualified rules that override base rules with the same key

Time-qualified resolution features are not available for message rules. The class hierarchy is not relevant to rule resolution for message rules.
