My Rules - Understanding the key

A My Rules instance has a three-part key. Normally, instances of this class are created indirectly, not through the new dialog.

Field	Description
Type pyType	`Individual` or `AccessGroup`. `AccessGroup` if this list of rule instances is to appear in the My Rules area of all the users associated with one access group. `Individual` if the rules are to appear on the My Rules area of one user, or for shortcuts.
Key pyKey	If this instance is for one user, contains the Operator ID value for that user. If this instance is for an access group, contains the access group name.
Purpose pyPurpose	`WorkTab` for delegated rules, or `Shortcut` for shortcuts.
