Instances of the My Rules form personalize the portal access to rules and shortcuts. It associates delegated rules with individual users (or with all members of an access groups, and holds details for shortcuts.

Ordinarily, you create and add to instances of this class indirectly, not through the form. Use the form only for troubleshooting or deleting items. Access the My Rules form directly when you need to remove or update several rows at once. Three indirect methods are available:

Use the Favorites () button on the toolbar to delegate a rule or save a report as a favorite. This is faster and more direct, and does not require knowledge of the object handle.
Use the Add to Shortcuts button on the Run Rule form to create a shortcut.
Use View > My Shortcuts> Organize Shortcuts.. to organize shortcuts.

To review rules delegated to yourself:

For managers using the WorkManager portal, click the Dashboard bar and locate the My Rules area.
For developers using the Developer portal, choose Edit > My Rules from the menus.
