About System Settings rules

These standard system settings rules are used by the Pega-ProCom agent. To see a complete list of the rules available to you (based on RuleSets and security), use the Rules by Type Explorer.

BPCleanupInterval
Controls (by production level) a time interval used in background bulk processing. See How to process assignments in bulk with the My Process Actions area.

BPUnitsToProcessForeground
Controls (by production level) how many assignments are processed in the foreground before background bulk processing takes over. See How to process assignments in bulk with the My Process Actions area.

FilterHistory
Controls (by production level) whether all, none, or some work object history records are written. See Flow rules — Controlling the volume of work object history instances.

GetNextWork_WorkBasket
UrgencyThreshold
Supports the  Get Most Urgent   button and the standard GetNextWork activity. Initially set to zero for all production levels, so does not prevent any workbaskets from being searched. See Maximizing user productivity with GetNextWork and Activities — Process Engine API.

GetNextWork_
MoveAssignmentToWorklist
If set to false, GetNextWork keeps assignments in the workbasket and does not move them to the user's worklist. See Maximizing user productivity with GetNextWork.

MaxFlowEnteredCount
Maximum number of times a flow can be resumed without a stopping point. Initially set to 500. See More about Flow Rules.

MaxFlowLoopCount
Maximum number of times a flow can loop without being forced to halt. Initially set to 500. See More about Flow Rules.

SLALockRetryInterval
Sets the lock retry interval, in milliseconds, depending on production level, for the service level agent processing.

SLARefreshListEachIteration
