A favorite is a link that provides quick access to an object.
Process Commander includes two types of favorites:
- For some report displays based on list view rules, the
Add to
Favorites button appears.
When clicked, a link to the report appears in that user's Monitor
Activity workspace. Clicking this link executes the report.
- For rules, a favorite link causes a rule instance or data instance
to open.
Both types of favorites are available to managers and developers.
Developers can create the second type of favorite quickly:
- To create a favorite link to a rule, when you are in the rule form, click the Favorites (
) button on the toolbar. Otherwise, you can select the rule in the Application Explorer and select Favorites from the right-click context menu. Complete the dialog box. GAJNP
