A favorite is a link that provides quick access to an object.
Process Commander includes two types of favorites:
- For some report displays based on list view rules, the
Add to
Favorites button appears.
When clicked, a link to the report appears in that user's Monitor
Activity workspace. Clicking this link executes the report.
- For rules, a favorite link causes a rule instance or data instance
to open.
Both types of favorites are available to managers and developers.
Developers can create the second type of favorite quickly:
- To create a favorite link to a rule, when you are in the rule form, click the Favorites () button on the toolbar. Otherwise, you can select the rule in the Application Explorer and select Favorites from the right-click context menu. Complete the dialog box. GAJNP
