A harness — an instance of the Rule-HTML-Harness rule type — defines a runtime form. Each harness defines the appearance and behavior of a form. Harnesses produce three types of forms:
Harnesses are defined on one form — the Harness rule form — that at runtime produces a different form — a user form, rule form, or composite portal. To avoid confusion, don't use "harness form" to refer to the runtime presentation of a harness.
