extends PRRuntimeException

Exception thrown by clipboard classes when a declarative page that is a used by Auto-Populate properties is accessed outside the auto-populate property itself. The only valid access to this kind of Rule-Declare-Pages instance is via the clipboard using a property marked as Auto-Populate.
