Rule types in the Survey category define surveys that can be incorporated in flows and presented to end users for the purpose of gathering data. This category includes five rule types:
Any developer can create and maintain rules of these rule types, and can incorporate them in flows. Managers can create and maintain rules of these rules types through the Survey Management landing page tabs, My Surveys and Group Builder; however managers without developer privileges cannot add surveys to flows.
Note: As a best practice, create and maintain rules of these rule types through the landing page My Survey tab, rather than directly editing the rule forms.
