About Complex Question rules
|
|
This rule type is part of the PegaSurvey framework. Complex question rules are available to those having access to the PegaSurvey RuleSet.
Although developers can work directly with complex group rule forms, Pega recommends creating and managing complex groups through the My Surveys tab on the Survey Management landing page.
Access the landing page by selecting > Survey Management > My Surveys.
Complex questions are questions in Pega Surveys that may have a unified response method, such as a set of radio buttons (“Select the answer that best reflects…”) or check boxes (“Select all that apply…”). Complex questions can have the following answer types:
There are also simple questions.
Surveys include one or more question pages. Each question page references one or more simple or complex questions, and can include a mixture of both types.
If you have access to PegaSurvey, both developers and managers can create, update, and deploy complex questions. Although developers can work directly with question rule forms, Pega recommends creating and managing complex questions in the context of the question pages and surveys that include them, through the My Surveys tab on the Survey Management landing page. Instructions for that tab provide guidance on creating and deploying complex questions.
Access the landing page by selecting > Survey Management > My Surveys.
Questions are instances of the Rule-PegaQ-QuestionCollection class. They are part of the Survey category.
