Viewing and clearing actions in sync queue

Follow these steps to view or clear any actions in the sync queue.

  1. Log in to the Pega Mobile Client app.
  2. Select SettingsSync queue from the menu.
  3. A page displays all the actions currently in the Pega Mobile Client queue, in other words, any actions that were saved while working offline.

For each action the following is displayed:

You can refresh the contents displayed on this page. This forces a reload of the actions on the screen. If you are online, this queue will likely to be empty since actions are sent to the server immediately. The action queue should only fill up when you are working offline.

Keep in mind that some actions could fail when synchronization takes place, for instance, when:

If any actions fail, such rejected actions will be exposed in the queue on this page. It is possible to review the error message and clear such a rejected action, one by one, or clear all of them by using the Clear rejected actions button.

Note: This page is only available for a Pega Mobile Client app that has been created with the offline capability.
