Requesting technical support
In order to use this feature, make sure you set up the following:
- The PegaRULES:Feedback role is defined in your access group (otherwise the Get tech support menu item will not be available).
- Your application has enabled project management under Integration & Security.
- Your application is connected to a PMF instance under System > Settings > Project Management:
- The PMF url needs to be provided.
- The application needs to have feedback enabled and a correct PMF product ID specified.
- Your user rule needs to have the correct email address set up in order to obtain a confirmation email that the PMF feedback item has been successfully created.
- Under Project Management, in user preferences, you need to define a valid PMF user ID.
Follow the steps shown below to request technical help when you are experiencing an issue.
- Log in to the Pega Mobile Client app.
- Select Settings > Get tech support from the menu.
- In the opened window, enter a detailed description of your issue.
- Click Submit.
Note: You can submit a tech support request also when you are offline. In such a case, your request will be sent when you reconnect to the network.
