Case-wide properties are settings that impact a case type throughout its life cycle. They are categorized based on the functionality that they control.
For example, you can use the Goals & deadlines category to define the suggested and required resolution times for your case type. These times are independent from the service-level agreements that you define for a stage or step.
To configure case-wide properties, click a category name in the contextual property panel of Case Designer.
