Depending on the decision data class definition selected when creating the decision data rule, this tab displays the elements that business users can control. Saving the decision data rule allows you to test the changes to the decision data. Checking in the changes makes the changes available to all users. Decision Data: Proposition Control Parameters

While creating this rule, you need to select the SR class or any class that inherits from the SR class for the decision data class definition. Proposition Control Parameters rule can contain a set of values that are available in a context of a particular proposition.

Use the following buttons to manage propositions in the rule:

Decision Data: Global Control Parameters

To create such rule, your decision data class definition cannot be SR class or inherit from SR class. Global control parameters can contain a simple list of values not specific to any proposition. In this rule, you can create any properties that you want to use in strategies.

System architects define the content of decision data rules by configuring the pyEditElements and pyEditElement sections. The pyEditElements section defines the list of items (for example, proposition) and the pyEditElement section defines the parameters for each element (for example, marketing weight, start data and active/inactive proposition).

The following list provides the overview of key points that you need to know when using the decision data extension points.
