Survey rules

On this tab, specify the question pages to include in the survey. The order in which you list the question pages is the order in which they appear to the end user. A survey must have at least one question page.
For each Show Question Page row, select a question page from the options available. You can optionally specify a When rule to govern when the question page appears.
You can remove entries by clicking the garbage-can icon to the right of the row you want to remove.
