Field

Description

If you have created categories, you can select a category for this survey to belong to.

This is an optional field inherited from an earlier version of PegaSurvey. You can enter a text value here for reporting purposes, but its use is discouraged. The field does not appear in the My Surveys landing page tab.

Check the check box to hide the label.

Check the check box to hide the instructions.

Provide instructions an end user may need. For instance, the survey may be embargoed before a certain date, or apply only to clients who fit a certain profile.

Select the validate rule to use. To create a new validate, click the icon beside the field.

Select an activity to run before the user proceeds with the survey. To create a new pre-action, click the icon to the right of the field. Click the Get Params button to display a modal dialog where you can provide the parameters activity requires.
