Displaying a warning in a survey

You can add a warning to a question that is displayed when certain criteria are met. By displaying feedback in real time, you can help users answer questions quickly and completely.

  1. Click Designer Studio > Survey Management, and then click Edit next to the name of a survey that has at least one question page defined.

  2. Expand the name of a question page, and then click View/Edit next to the name of a question.

  3. Expand the Advanced section.

  4. In the Warning When field, press the Down Arrow key and select the name of a when condition that controls whether the warning is displayed.

  5. In the Warning Message field, press the Down Arrow key and select the name of message rule.

  6. Click Save.

  7. On the Survey Builder page, click Save.
