You can delete a survey and its components. By removing items from your application that are no longer relevant, you can prevent users from inadvertently referencing them from the new surveys that they create.
Click Designer Studio > Case Management > Survey to open the Survey Management landing page.
Delete the components that are specific to your survey.
To find which rules depend on a component, use the Actions > View references option on the Survey, Question Page, Simple Question, and Complex Question forms.
Click Questions.
For each question that is used by your survey only, click the Delete icon, and then click Submit to confirm your changes.
Click Question pages.
For each question page that is used by your survey only, click the Delete icon, and then click Submit to confirm your changes.
Click Surveys.
Click the Delete icon next to the name of the survey, and then click Submit to confirm your changes.
You must purchase a separate license before using survey functionality in your application.
