Triaging a feedback item in Agile Workbench

In Agile Workbench, you can triage the feedback items that project stakeholders create. You can triage a feedback item into a user story or bug, or you can reject a feedback item.

1. Open Agile Workbench.

   • In Designer Studio, click the Pin icon in the developer toolbar.

   • In other portals, click the Pin icon in the portal header.

2. Click Feedback to view a list of feedback items.
3. Triage the feedback item in one of the following ways:
   • In the list of feedback items, select the circle next to the feedback item that you want to triage, and click Reject, Story, or Bug.
   • Click the name of a feedback item to open it. At the bottom of the feedback item, click Mark as..., and then click New story, New bug, or Rejected.
4. Provide the required details for the new user story or bug.
5. Click Save.

If Agile Workbench is integrated with Pega Agile Studio, the user stories and bugs are synchronized with Pega Agile Studio.
