Through intent analysis, you can determine whether the content (social media posts, comments, tweets, emails, instant messages, and so on) that you analyzed in your application was produced with any underlying intention. For example, you can detect whether a specific person will purchase, sell, or recommend your product. You can also detect whether a specific person is dissatisfied with your products or services so that you can quickly address the issue.
Pega Platform includes a default pzDefaultIntentModel rule that can detect multiple intent types. For more information, see Intent types.
