Generating mashup code

A common requirement for embedding Pega Platform content in another application's web page is case processing. The Generate mashup code option opens a dialog that provides the necessary HTML which you can cut, paste, and view within the external page. You can modify the code to meet specific needs.

1. In the Explorer panel, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.
2. On the Settings tab, click Integration.
3. Under Mashup, click Generate mashup code.
4. Enter the URL of the external application you want to target for your mashup.

5. Click Generate code.
6. Copy and paste the HTML into your external web page in order to display the embedded case.
7. Click Change mashup URL to target a different application for your mashup.
