Features

A feature is a capability that you implement in your application. By defining features that are linked to rules and work items, you can improve the traceability of capabilities to their respective implementations.

Because features are part of Direct Capture of Objectives, you can create them throughout the development life cycle. You can use the Application Overview landing page to manage your features and track the progress of their implementations.

The following types of features are supported:

• New features that you create in your current application

• Inherited features from built-on applications and previous versions

• Subfeatures that extend other features
