public class RuleSetFileGeneratorImpl

This program is used to read a zipMove file and generate a JSR94 compatible xml file.

Usage
com.pega.pegarules.pub.services.jsr94.RuleSetFileGenerator <zip move file name> <output file name> <debug level>
Debug level 0-9 (recommend at 0)

Program structure:
1) The generator will keep track of the name and description of every rule in the set, this information will be stored in the higher level of the xml file.
In the case of multiple rule-version records, the generator will only use the name, description of the latest version.
2) The generator will not allow a rule set with more than one RULE-SERVICE-JSR94.
