Setting the app build version

When you build a custom mobile app or an SDK app for the Android or the iOS platform from the Channels and interfaces form , you can configure a build version of an app and leave the version setting unchanged.

When you enable and set the build version, you can upload an updated custom mobile app to the Apple App Stores and Google Play Store without having to increment the app version.

1. In Designer Studio, click the name of your application, and then click Channels and interfaces.
2. Click a custom mobile app icon.
3. In the Platforms section for iOS or Android, expand the Advanced section.
4. Select the Set build version check box.
5. In the Build version field, enter a build version.
6. Click Save.
