Adding the proximity widget to the Case Manager portal

The proximity widget displays the open cases with respect to your location on a map based on the location filter values that you select. You can personalize your dashboard by adding this as a widget.

  1. In the Case Manager portal, click the Gear icon on the top right.
  2. In the Widgets section, click Add widget(s).
  3. Select the Nearby Cases check box to enable the proximity widget.
  4. Click Add selected.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click the Nearby Cases widget link.
  7. Select the case type for the widget.
  8. Select the required location from the list.
  9. Click Save.
Note: The widget displays cases for a maximum radius of 50 miles.
