Viewing device logs

You can view device logs to troubleshoot and support offline-enabled custom mobile apps without disturbing the device users.

To view device logs retrieved for an offline-enabled custom mobile app, do the following steps.

  1. Click Configure > Mobile > Offline, and then click Retrieve device log.
  2. Click Log files at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Click a link to a file that contains the Pega log.
  4. Optional: Change or remove the log filters, or change the number of lines that are displayed. For more information, see Viewing logs.
  5. Scroll down to view the most recent log entries. Mobile device logs have the device logs prefix.
