System info pages
The Case Worker portal for a mobile app contains useful system information and settings that developers can use to debug and troubleshoot mobile apps. The system info pages are available only for mobile apps. When you run the app, the system info pages are on the left navigation page under the Settings menu. Pega Infinity Mobile Client does not support system info pages, therefore, to use system info pages, you must build your mobile app based on the Pega Mobile Client 7 application.
Note:
The system info pages are only displayed when you use the Case Worker portal or the user
portal. The
UI-Kit-7:03-01-01
ruleset must be included in your app.
When working online, developers can perform the following actions:
- Viewing system info settings
- Simulating offline capability
- Viewing logs for mobile apps (iOS platform)
- Changing the log level
- Requesting technical support
