Optional: Setting the context storage

In the Context storage section, you can configure where the data in the Context Dictionary resides. By default, the data resides in the relational database that supports Pega Platform. You can also use the Cassandra-backed decision data store to store context data. However, any data required to create customer segments must still reside in a relational database, and data must be synchronized between the decision data store and relational tables if you plan to use segmentation.
