Cross-browser support for user portals |
Users expect to be able to use the browser of their choice when interacting with an application through a browser. Developing the user interface with composite portals ensures that the application will work properly with Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9, Firefox 3.6, Apple Safari 4+, and Google Chrome 5 or 6. Composite portals use harnesses, for which PRPC generates cross-browser-compatible code.
Use the Browser Compatibility report to assess the user interface rules in your application.
