Back Forward Application Accelerator

The Application Accelerator is a guided wizard that uses an application profile to launch an automated, best practice process that jump-starts creation of new enterprise-level applications and extension of existing applications and frameworks.

The accelerator is part of the suite of application implementation tools designed for the Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO).

The Application Accelerator produces multiple classes and RuleSets. For a description of each, see the PDN PDN article 27472 Understanding class structure and RuleSets generated by the Application Accelerator.

NoteDevelopers and business analysts who use the Application Accelerator must have the ability to check out rules before they can work with the generated application. This ability is enabled by the Allow Rule Check Out option on the Advanced tab of the Operator ID form.
