Create a circumstance template rule by selecting Circumstance Template from the Technical category.

Create at least one instance of a circumstance template rule before you create a circumstance definition rule.

A circumstance template rule has two key parts:

Field	Description
Applied to Class	Select the class to which this rule applies.
Purpose of Rule	Enter a unique name for this rule within this class, beginning with a letter and using only alphanumeric, underscore, and dash characters. This key corresponds to the Template Name key used by a circumstance template rule in the same Applies To class.
