Create a Connect CMIS rule by selecting Connect CMIS from the Integration-Connectors category.

A Connect CMIS rule has two key parts:

Field	Description
Applies To	Select the class that this connector rule applies to. Typically, select CMIS-ServiceData. You can also select a class derived from CMIS-ServiceData.
Service Name	Enter the name of the remote service being called. This value is arbitrary and is only used to distinguish Connect CMIS instances from one another. Enter a name that is a valid Java identifier. See How to enter a Java identifier.

When searching for Connect CMIS rules, the system:

Filters candidate rules based on a requestor's RuleSet list, which determines which RuleSets and versions the requestor can access
Searches through ancestor classes in the class hierarchy for candidates when no matching rule is found in the starting class

Time-qualified and circumstance-qualified rule resolution features are not available for Connect CMIS rules.
