Create an Edit Validate rule by selecting Edit Validate from the Data Model category.

An Edit Validate rule has a single key part:

Field	Description
Edit Validate Name	Enter a name that is a valid Java identifier, not more than 64 characters long. See How to enter a Java identifier.

When searching for edit validate rules, the system:

Filters candidate rules based on a requestor's RuleSet list of RuleSets and versions
Finds circumstance-qualified rules that override base rules
Finds time-qualified rules that override base rules
