Adding a user action to a stage

You can add a user action to a stage to provide an optional task that supplements the processes in a stage. By incorporating user actions in your case type, you give flexibility to case workers as they process a case.

User actions can be implemented as flow actions, which do not move a case to a different step or stage, or flows, which can move a case by running a supporting process. The following tasks illustrate the ways that you can add a user action to a stage:
