Case status

Case status indicates the progress of a case towards resolution. You can set the status of a case by providing a status value in the configuration of a shape in a flow or by using any standard rule that sets the value of the standard property Work-.pyStatusWork.

Use the Status Values landing page to view the status values that are available in your application. You can use these status values as you define the life cycle of a case, or create a set of custom status values.
