System info pages
The Case Worker portal for a mobile app contains useful system information and settings that developers can use to debug and troubleshoot mobile apps. The system info pages are available only for custom mobile apps. When you run the app, the system info pages are on the left navigation page under the Settings menu.
Note: The system info pages are only displayed when you use the Case Worker portal or the user
portal. The UI-Kit-7:03-01-01 ruleset must be included in your app.
When working online, developers can:
- View system details
- Simulate offline mode
- View custom mobile logs inline (iOS platform)
- Change the log level
- Request technical support
