Configuration > Contact Policies

 

The Contact Policies tab displays a detailed list of Contact Policy rules currently defined in your system.

The list of Contact Policies contains the following columns:

Column Heading

Description

Name Displays the name of the Contact Policy.
Description Displays the description for the Contact Policy.
Start Date Displays the start date (if specified) for the Contact Policy to be applicable.
End Date Displays the end date (if specified) for the Contact Policy to be applicable.
Available? Displays whether the Contact Policy is enabled.
Action Provides the Edit button to open the Contact Policy rule.

The expand pane for a Contact Policy displays the various channel restrictions specified in the Contact Policy rule. The list of channel restrictions contains the following columns:

Column Heading

Description

Channel Displays the channel of communication being restricted.
Contact(s) per customer Displays the number of contacts allowed per customer.
Duration Displays the duration (e.g. daily, weekly, etc.) over which the channel restrictions are applicable.
