Create a Contact Policy rule to specify limits on the number of times customers can be contacted on a particular communication channel over a certain period of time. A single policy can contain the contact limits for multiple channels of communication.
Strategy rules can reference Contact Policy rules via the Contact Policy shape on the Strategy rule canvas.
Use the Contact Policies tab on the Contact Policies landing page to view the Contact Policy rules configured in your system.
Contact Policy rules are instances of the Rule-PegaMKT-ContactPolicy class. They belong to the Marketing category.
