The Treatments landing page lists the Treatment rules configured in your system. Use this landing page to:

 

Find and open existing Treatments

The Treatments landing page contains the following tabs:

 

Using the Emails tab

The Emails tab displays a detailed list of email treatment rules currently defined in your system.

The list of email treatments contains the following columns:

Column Heading

Description
Name Displays the name of the treatment.
Description Displays the description of this treatment.
Key Code Displays the key code for this treatment.
Issue Displays the Issue to which the treatment belongs.
Group Displays the Group to which the treatment belongs.
Last updated Displays date and time when the treatment was last updated.
Updated by Displays the name of the user who last updated the treatment.

 

Using the SMS tab

The SMS tab displays a detailed list of SMS treatment rules currently defined in your system.

The list of SMS treatments contains the following columns:

Column Heading

Description
Name Displays the name of the treatment.
Description Displays the description of this treatment.
Key Code Displays the key code for this treatment.
Issue Displays the Issue to which the treatment belongs.
Group Displays the Group to which the treatment belongs.
Last updated Displays date and time when the treatment was last updated.
Updated by Displays the name of the user who last updated the treatment.

 

Using the Sections tab

The Sections tab displays a detailed list of Section rules currently defined in your system.

The list of Sections contains the following columns:

Column Heading

Description
Name Displays the name of the Section.
Description Displays the description of this Section.
Applies-to Displays the work object to which the Section applies.
Last updated Displays date and time when the Section was last updated.
Updated by Displays the name of the user who last updated the Section.

 

Using the Paragraphs tab

The Paragraphs tab displays a detailed list of Paragraph rules currently defined in your system.

The list of Paragraphs contains the following columns:

Column Heading

Description
Name Displays the name of the Paragraph.
Description Displays the description of this Paragraph.
Applies-to Displays the work object to which the Paragraph applies.
Last updated Displays date and time when the Paragraph was last updated.
Updated by Displays the name of the user who last updated the Paragraph.

 

Using the File tab

The File tab displays a detailed list of file Output Template rules currently defined in your system.

The list of file Output Templates contains the following columns:

Column Heading

Description
Template Name Displays the name of the file Output Template.
File Path Displays the path of the output file for this template.
File Name Displays the name of the output file for this template.
Issue Displays the Issue to which the file Output Template belongs.
Group Displays the Group to which the file Output Template belongs.
# of Records Displays the number of records in the output file for this template.
As of Displays the date and time when records were last written to the output file.
Status Displays the current status for the Output Template. The possible status values are:
  • New - The Output Template is yet to be used to write records to the output file.
  • In Progress - (Overwrite mode) The Output Template has been used to write records to the output file, but it has not been finalized.
  • Online - (Append mode) The Output Template has been used to write records to the output file. The status will remain as Online even after finalization.
  • Finalized - (Overwrite mode) The Output Template has been finalized.
  • Failed - An error occurred while writing records to the output file.
Actions Provides the Actions menu with the Download, Finalize, Finalize and Download, and Retry action items (as appropriate).

 

Using the Database tab

The Database tab displays a detailed list of database Output Template rules currently defined in your system.

The list of database Output Templates contains the following columns:

Column Heading

Description
Template Name Displays the name of the database Output Template.
Database Displays the name of the Database data instance (Data-Admin-DB-Name) pointing to the database for writing output records for this Output Template.
Table Displays the name of the database table for writing output records for this Output Template.
Issue Displays the Issue to which the database Output Template belongs.
Group Displays the Group to which the database Output Template belongs.
# of Records Displays the number of records in the output database table for this template.
As of Displays the date and time when records were last written to the output table.
Status Displays the current status for the Output Template. The possible status values are:
  • New - The Output Template is yet to be used to write records to the output table.
  • In Progress - (Overwrite mode) The Output Template has been used to write records to the output table, but it has not been finalized.
  • Online - (Append mode) The Output Template has been used to write records to the output table. The status will remain as Online even after finalization.
  • Finalized - (Overwrite mode) The Output Template has been finalized.
  • Failed - An error occurred while writing records to the output table.
Actions Provides the Actions menu with the Finalize, Preview, and Retry action items (as appropriate).

 

Searching for Treatments

Use the following fields at the top of the landing page to search for Treatments.

After specifying your search criteria, click View to load the list of matching Treatments.

Opening a Treatment

Click a Treatment name to open the corresponding Treatment rule.

 

Create a new Treatment

Use the Create button to create a new Treatment.
