About Offers
 

Purpose

Create an Offer to visually specify the flow of steps involved in offering a product to a customer. You can additionally specify various product details and test the execution of the Offer.

An Offer is the Marketing manifestation of a Decisioning proposition. The proposition holds various details about a particular offering, such as Start Date, End Date, and Expected Revenue. Each Offer is backed by a proposition.

• Strategies reference Offers (technically, the backing propositions of Offers) via the Proposition Data shape on the Strategy rule canvas.
• Outbound Campaign work objects reference Offers in their Offer and Flow cards.
• A Checklist can reference an Offer in its Associated with field.
• Inbound SMS Accounts reference Offers as part of their Response Behaviors configuration.
